Costco is a great place to shop for bulk items and household essentials. The store was very busy during my visit, but it was still clean and well stocked. Despite the crowds, the staff remained friendly and helpful, and the checkout process moved efficiently. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience with good prices and a large selection of products.

Costco in Duncanville is one of the best-run warehouse locations in the area. The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything from groceries and electronics to household essentials. The staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. Checkout lines move fast, even during peak hours. The gas station is a major plus. Prices are consistently lower than nearby competitors, and the pumps are well maintained. The tire center, pharmacy, and optical departments make it a convenient one-stop shop. The food court is always busy but worth the wait. The pizza and chicken bakes are always fresh and hot. Parking is easy to access, and carts are always available. Management keeps the store running smoothly, and team members are quick to help you find items. Everything about this location feels consistent, clean, and reliable. Five stars for quality, service, and value.

Guys come on….. first it’s the first day of July…. Second why do you put this crap up next to the kids area. I have a child that is now scared to go to your store because of this junk. Whoever is running your design / layout needs to be fired. I have heard multiple kids crying and screaming because of these “decorations”. Do better and get rid of this junk.

Let me start off by saying I love Costco. I have been a member for 17 years and drive a couple of towns over to shop here. As a matter of fact I brag on their top notch products every chance I get. That being said the tire shop is going to make me drop my membership. Why even set appointments if a tire rotation is going to take 2 hours? Yep you read that right 2 hours for a 15-30 minute(required) job. This is the third time this has happened for me and my mother has had the same experience. Also, since they take so long I asked about tire repair and if I had to do it here to keep my warranty. No, but apparently if a tire shop does not plug it and patch it on the inside up to Costco's standard then it voids the warranty. So if you get something in your tire go ahead and plan for 2 hours out of your day. I mean seriously, how hard is it to just set a few less appointments? Rocket science I tell you. I have actually learned to not start shopping until they tell me the car is ready so my cold items don't go bad. 2 hours!

There was an absolutely terrifying, humongous animatronic Halloween monster? on display right by all of the food. My 2 year old daughter was terrified and we couldn’t shop nearby. Why is that ok in a place that is frequented by children of all ages?? Management needs to think about what they are putting out in stores. Sell it online if you have to but spare our tiny children from scary displays (in the middle of July!!)
