Costco Optical

Anh was amazing in optical, she helped to take care of my daughter and myself. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She made sure to go over all of our benefits in detail making sure we took full advantage of our insurance benefits. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses when ready. I can tell she is a valuable asset to Costco and hope management brings this to her attention. Thanks again Anh!

First time purchasing glasses from Costco and Lori made my entire experience a breeze! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up ordering 2 pairs and my order was ready within a week.

I have been coming to Costco for the past 5 years, and have always had a great experience with Anh. Today however, I was unpleasantly surprised by this man named Gabriel. I saw he was taking care of a customer, however, when I saw that he was just fixing some boxes I said "excuse me" 3 times, he turned around very bothered and with a really bad tone asked me "what!!" so I smiled and I said "could you please help me get information about my insurance covergae", he said "im helping this people, get a number", again, with a nasty tone, to which I replied " you know there are better ways to talk to customers right?" he just said "yeah, I figured" and walked away from me. I took a number and waited and luckily got Anh, who apologized for his behavior, but there was no manager to report this to. I do not like to write reviews, but I felt that this man was very disrespectful towards me and didn't even care to change his attitude at all. I

I recently helped my parents get their glasses, and I was so impressed with the service! Lori was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I had no idea there were so many different types of lenses to choose from, but Lori took the time to explain everything and helped us make the best choices. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy my own glasses there in the future!

I’ve been buying from Costco for years and haven’t had any problem with them however about a month and a half ago I bought new glasses, the lenses scratched terribly , I went in to ask for different lenses that don’t scratch they said they only sell one type. They apparently have changed and are very poor quality. I will not buy from there again. I have found online that the lenses that do not scratch are still available from different company.
