Costco Optical

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Costco Optical at this location. The staff were not only unhelpful but downright dramatic and dismissive. When I approached them for assistance, they seemed more interested in avoiding interaction than actually helping a paying customer. What stood out most was how they blatantly ignored my questions, acting as if my presence was an inconvenience. Any attempt to get clarity or resolve a simple issue was met with unnecessary attitude and theatrics, which made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel ignored or burdensome. Costco Optical truly fell short of even basic standards. I expected far better and left feeling unheard and disrespected.

Staff less than helpful bordering on rude. If you go plan on 1-2 hour wait time. I love costco. I hate costco optical

I called five times, trying to place my order for prescription. I kept getting hung up on and the lady at administration said it wasn’t her problem. Don’t bother expecting Costco’s usual great customer service at this location.

Once they heard I wasn’t buying a 2nd frame. They told me I should drive to a different Costco.

Some of the associates don’t really provide the level of expertise or customer service necessary to make informed decisions. What the associate did know was how to up-sell you & then be like, it’s your decision. 😂 For example, the same associate while processing my sale didn’t share about the $50 off promotion going on. When I noticed & asked about the promo at the time of pick-up, the next associate said it was too late. Also this Optical dept does not ever pick up the phone. Neither does this location’s Admin office. 🤷🏻‍♀️
