The staff was very rude. I asked a simple question, but he replied impatiently and immediately turned away and walked off before I could say anything else.

Doctor Oei was excellent! I got contact lenses for the first time and he helped guide me through the process. He is professional, kind and efficient too. Highly recommended and I'll be back again for future prescriptions.

The optical managers William and Mary Anne are super helpful! On the first day, I had some insurance issue when I purchased glasses (from a different employee) for my son and I was told that I need to get reimbursement from my insurance. When I called the insurance the next day, I was told that they don't reimburse customers and I need to go back to Costco to get them to to send the order through to insurance. So I called Costco and William was super helpful and arranged for all the instruction and paperwork. When I went to Costco, he was about to go off work and Mary Anne helped to resolve the issue. And that saved me a lot of $!

Very rude customer service. The staff helping me his name is Mohammed. I had trouble understood his accent but i was very nice and patient with him. He didn't want to communicate with customers, not willing to answer the questions or solve the problem. I only got my glasses from Costco, Springfield for years but he couldn't find me on the system. He turned out to be irritated by not able to find customer's name on his own system? He did gave me an attitude while I didn't push him or anything. I hope the manager could read this review. and improve the customer service. I saw other staffs are being very friendly. I will not go to his station anymore next time.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Costco eye exams and was a little hesitant on booking, BUT this location was hands down the BEST experience at an eye doctor’s office ever and could not see myself going anywhere else. The doctor and staff answered all my questions and were very friendly with prices you cannot beat. I had my eye exam, contact exam, and had my eyes dilated for a fraction of the cost I would’ve paid elsewhere. 100000/10 I recommend.
