Costco Optical

I went to the optical department to get my contacts. I was there recently and ordered glasses so I know that this is more related to their new system and the specific costco employee helping me. I joined the virtual wait list (that I saw a lot of older shoppers struggle with, which is an entirely different equity issue). After 20 minutes of waiting I still had not been called. While waiting a couple walked up entered the queue and stood next to me only to immediately called to come up. They refused citing I should go due to having been there for 20 minutes already. The costco employee Alyssa was refusing at first but thankfully the couple insisted. She was NOT happy to help me which makes my $250 purchase even more frustrating. She claimed the wait list didnt go as first come first serve rather all pickups first. If that is correct and the employee wasn't cherry picking who to help I think you should look at this flaw. That really makes it questionable whether someone can join the queue and immediately surpass me, after even 20 minutes of waiting. How would I know the estimate Costco provided me on the wait is accurate then if I can get skipped over and over?

I had prescription and placed order two eyeglasses, after a week, I noticed that I can't see very well, when I back to store, they found out they used the last year prescription, that is really frustrating, I don't go any more to Costco, and I don't recommend to anyone.
