Jay was extremely professional with great attention to detail. Jay took the time to fix two pairs of glasses I had purchased to ensure the did not wear on my ear anymore. Thank you again Jay.

Jay at Costco optical is amazing! He was super thorough with my two children making sure the lens and frames fit and sit well. He checked every detail and ensured no mistakes. We will be bringing everyone in our family here.

Poor communication from staff addressing changing wait times and terrible check in system. Hopefully this changes. I understand being short staffed but acknowledging it to the customer makes a huge difference!

This is not the Costco Optical it used to be! Poorly staffed with uninspired people and, as you'd expect, terrible customer service. If you were planning to go out of business, this is how you'd do it!

Costco prices are the best but I can't stand coming here anymore. The old man working here clicked the button for the number counter twice and skipped my number when I had been standing and waiting patiently for 45min, I hadn't moved at all. It was the only thing I came to Costco to do. When I told him he skipped my number, he told me I was a liar who left and came back and missed it being called out. I had been there longer than he had been working his shift. It simply wasn't true, and he was so insistent that I was in the wrong, not willing to acknowledge the mistake he made. Rudest customer service of my life, and he's been rude to me before too for no reason.
