The doctor seemed great during my exam, however, upon receiving my glasses, it was obvious that my prescription was not correct. I scheduled a follow up appt with the eye doctor to correct the prescription per their office but never got to see the doctor again as he cancelled my appointment 4 times. Costco gave me a full refund on my glasses as I needed to go elsewhere for my glasses after wasting a month trying to get in. Doctor doesn't seem to serious about servicing his patients.

I am a retired scientist used to asking a lot of questions. Dr Stein did a very thorough exam and patiently answered every one of my questions. I recommend him highly. He is also very personable.

Monique was amazing! She immediately took great care of me and found the right frames and glasses. She also helped my parents out and was very kind! Amazing prices that can’t be beat. Very happy with my experience!

Brought my Mom here today. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Stein for a few years now and he is simply amazing. He is patient, he is kind, his bed side manner is superb, and his examinations are thorough. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for being so awesome!!

Incredible!! Matthew was the certified optician who helped me and he went above and beyond! I arrived on a Tuesday night at 5pm, came directly from my Optomologist office with my new prescription however it was incorrect! So Matt tried to call the doctors office but they were closed. Meanwhile, he worked with me to find frames, work up an estimate including how much my VSP Plan covered and sent me home with his FAX # to have the doctor send the Scrip to. The next day we worked with the doctors office to finalize everything and I ordered THREE PAIR of glasses....they have a deal right now! So that was Wednesday...all was smooth and easy. Saturday I received a text that my glasses - all three pair - were in!! So Fast! I am wearing one pair as I type and LOVE THEM. I can see so much better and the fit is comfortable and "cute"!! Professional. Courteous. Speedy. Quality. INCREDIBLE!!
