Your team did a wonderful job today! I especially want to thank "Dr. Sonia," who was filling in for Dr. Joseph and did a phenomenal; job. She was very thorough and patient. I also want to recognize Jessica, who administered most of the vision tests with more expertise than I've seen in the past. The optical team also was very thorough. Thank you to everyone!

Dr over corrected my prescription. I was having trouble with toric contact lenses and had to go in for another appointment. Dr. Joseph talked down at me like I'm another eye Dr supposed to know the technicalities of prescriptions. She acted like all my questions were stupid, my presence was inconvenient, and I was bothering her. Do not recommend.

Dr. Joseph can't be bothered with questions about your vision or lenses. The 1-star is for the $1.50 hotdog and drink combo.

I called to make appointment for my family for eye exams. Person at optometrist office ask for my name and number to call back. After a week they never called back. In my opinion, I think it’s because I’m Asian. Just letting other know why you are not getting a call back.

I had a problem with my new glasses. The left and right lenses weren't centered at the same level, which compromised the clarity I wanted. I went back to the vision center somewhat late to make an adjustment and was helped by Eunice, who is very professional, thorough, patient, and kind. She adjusted the frame’s fit to my face, and I can see clearly now. Thank you for having such an expert person on your optical services staff.
