This was my first time going to Costco for my optical needs. I was referred by a friend. I had trouble at first making my appointment but once the appointment was made my experience was very pleasant. I wanted contact lenses. Never had them before. We decided to do the far and near one in each eye option. They didn’t have my prescription so they gave me the closest they had. I was able to see far but needed readers to see up close. When my prescription was ready I was very excited! Since these first ones worked so well I couldn’t wait. I put them in and they were not so good. But the lady at the counter said it could be my eyes were tired being it was the end of the day. So I threw away my others ones and headed out. But they were awful! I was going out of town very early the next day. So I called them here at the Spartanburg location. I spoke with Kim and she was able to talk to the doctor, get the original ones I had from the Costco in Virginia, where I was at. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful! I was able to see again and didn’t miss anything at my Grandson’s graduation!!!
