Perverted and rude optometrist, gripped my leg with his knees during the exam. Anti-glare coating came off significantly after 11 months, they would not honor their "1 year warranty" to replace. Clumsy triangle shape eyeglasses case issued would not fit in drawer or easily stored. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAM'S CLUB OPTICAL AGAIN!!!

Please train your technicians / staff on the basics of being courteous to potential customers. The lady at the desk very rudely stared us down the entire time we were looking at the glasses. Tried to direct us to a different section the minute I picked up a pair and aggressively clicked her pen and watched us the entire 3 minutes we looked with her arms crossed. I finally told my family we were leaving. We will buy elsewhere. As we left she smirked. ? Not sure why you would want to botch 3 sales but I guess if thats how you want to conduct business then have it it.

This review is for the optical center. I had my eyes examined by the Dr by appointment he was short and to the point and that's fine. I needed new frames as well and was told AFTER my exam that I needed an appointment to pick out frames. They were busy so I was understanding and made one for the next day at 1pm. I showed up at 1255pm and stood there and waited until 130pm for someone to show up from their break! I had even called that morning to confirm the appointment time, so they knew they had a 1pm appointment and BOTH employees took break at the same time! My frames did come in a few days early but picking them up was just as ridiculous, no appointment this time was needed so I was told. Got there right at 10 when they "open" nobody in line ahead of me but waited AGAIN FOR 30 MIN BEFORE I WAS HELPED! I WONT BE GOING BACK LESSON LEARNED! IVE ALSO TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THEM FOR FRAMES OR CONTACT NEEDS! Back to our hometown eye Dr and slightly more expensive prices. We pay cash out of pocket for eye needs too so it's most certainly their loss!

This was the worst experiance I have ever had. The Optrometrist was a nightmare and the equipment needs replacing. While he was asking me to put my chin and head in the optical thing , it kept moving and the chair I was sitting in wasn't high or low enough to comfortanly put my head on the machine. They also never sanitized any of the equipment. I don't feel like I got a proper report! I do not recommend this place!

Clean store, great deals and a deal on a lunch for under 3 dollars.
