I’m kind of confused on why the doctor got such horrible reviews. I had such a great appointment. The doctor and the staff are extremely nice, helpful and respectful. I got a sense of family there it was a really nice ambiance. I see people saying they felt he rushed through their appointments, but when you’ve been doing something for so long, you can accomplish your jobs more swiftly and efficiently than most.

This office has a nostalgic vibe which I love! (This is one of the reasons I moved to Covington the nostalgia of Covington and some businesses within) My daughter and I had an appt for annual exams we both wear and received new glasses and I wear and received new contacts. The Dr seemed very well seasoned, I was pleased! Take note, I know what contacts should feel like and even though I have been wearing contacts for about 3 years, the Dr still made sure that they fit properly after I put my new contacts in! My daughter was treated well as well with just her eye exam and choosing glasses. The staff was awesome! Overall very good experience!

My wife had an appointment for two of our four kids. Since they are in fall break, she had all four kids with her. Long story short, the office manager, Pam, told my wife that she should have arranged a babysitter for the two that did not have an appointment instead of bringing them all in. She told my wife that the two that did not have an appointment would have to wait in our van since there was not enough chairs in the waiting room. (They only had 6 chairs.) In the end, my wife had to choose to either have two of our kids wait in the van, or cancel the appointment. Of course she canceled. I called Pam and tried to explain that my wife drove from Loganville for this appointment, but she was extremely condescending and would not budge. It’s hard to believe they would be turn away a mom and her four kids, instead of trying to accommodate. We will not be going back to Covington Vision Center.

Providing professional eye care services in a comfortable and friendly environment is a lie! Change that false advertisement on your website. There’s only one individual who demonstrates that and that’s the individual who came and took us to the back. Her customer service would bring you back. The two ladies behind the counter with their crude, unprofessional, racial micro aggression behavior joined with the eye doctor is disheartening!!! This place has definitely changed and not for the better.

My wife took my son to the eye doctor today and he was excited to be able to go to a new doctor. The moment he got out he came home and told me that he couldn’t get glasses because the lady told him that he couldn’t open his eyes so it’s his fault. Like why are you trying to blame a 5 year old when he has a condition and thats WHY he is going to you guys. Not sure why you guys even have this tech (Barbra) working there if she’s going to be rude to a 5 year old. Never going back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
