Crown Vision Center - City Place

I went here august of 2025 and went here a gain and i love it! They have many selections of kids glasses and cute ones. like poka dots, red poka dots, and black with red pokas. Alsp for basic glasses like black or clear, they still have a lot of selections.

I had a very positive experience with the OD at Crown Vision Center. The eye exam was thorough, and I felt well cared for throughout the visit. I’m also very happy with the glasses and contacts I got there. One area that could be improved is front-desk communication. At times, phone conversations felt rushed and ended quite abruptly. I’ve also continued receiving frequent calls, voicemails, and messages even after letting the office know I moved out of the area. Overall, I really appreciate the quality of care from the doctor and hope the communication experience can be improved.

Great experience. The doctor detected an issue with my retina that other doctors had missed. They have an excellent selection of frames and the staff is exceptional

I’m assuming you know that insurance is only going to pay for us to get an exam and/or new glasses once every two years so I’m also going to assume that the harassment that begins at ONE year about coming in for “my yearly eye exam”, which has never been a thing in my 25 years of wearing glasses, is merely a cash grab because again, we both know that’s more than insurance is going to pay for, so you expect us to pay out of pocket for it. Absolutely laughable, immediately blocked all emails and texts and will never be returning. Greed is a sickness, get well soon!
