I am impressed withe the professionalism of Dr. Dust. There was an issue with my insurance and staff reached out to me. When I arrived for my appointment. The problem was addressed and resolved. I appreciate the patience of the staff. I felt welcomed and respected. Dr. Dust went over my results of my exam and I did not feel rushed. My eye care needs were met. Thank you, Crown Vision!
I was given the wrong lenses the first time that I went and spent 4 days being blind trying to adjust to them. Now I supposedly have the right lenses but the prescription is in the wrong place on the lens. I regret ever doubting my original provider and trying this place out. I recently found out that you can take your prescription and order online and I suggest doing that over coming here. The staff is very friendly, but I will never come back here.
Horrible service from this particular store! I haven't been back after I received my glasses. What was said to me and how she said it was beyond rude!!! I have told plenty of people about the service I received here and they went elsewhere. Yes, Im very aware that everyone has not been treated the way I was but that doesn't take away what happened to me at this store.
Been going here for a couple years now. I recently just broke my glasses and they repaired it the same day. Fortunately I had an old pair & replaced the lenses only. Thank you Emily for helping me out that day! Definitely appreciate it and definitely recommend this place for eye exams plus glasses/contacts. Friendly staff each time I’ve visited or called!
