This was my daughter’s first visit to this eye care practice, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The doctor was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive, taking the time to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. All aspects of the examination were explained thoroughly and clearly, and we never felt rushed. The staff was courteous, organized, and welcoming, which contributed to a seamless and stress-free visit. It is evident that this practice is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. I am truly grateful we found this office and would highly recommend them to families seeking a knowledgeable and trustworthy eye care provider.

Unwilling to help with bent glasses— Understanding that I did not purchase my frames here, in my 27 years of wearing glasses I’ve never gone to an optical place that won’t help with a minor fix. I said if they break them, I have two spares to wear and I’m not interested in suing if that’s genuinely what the concern was, and I was turned around. Anyway, I went to America’s Best 3 minutes up the street, and my glasses were bent back into place and back on my face in less than 30 seconds. It’s insane how decent customer service has gone down the drain these days.

I recommend my family and friends from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by wonderful staff. The doctor was amazing sweet and listened to my concerns. The ladies help me choose my frames they make sure that it fit me perfectly They were so patient as I had like 10 pairs to choose from And they gave me their honest opinions Very pleased happy customer🥰 Thanks, Crystal vision

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Dr. wrote sloppy prescription for my wife. When she told the girls in the front they told her she had to get used to them. After persisting she saw the doctor and he said they misread his sloppy writing. Also takes week and weeks to get glasses. They also never referred her to an opthamologist even though she had narrow angles which could lead to glaucoma if untreated. Stay away and go yo Costco like we did.

I took my daughter to this eye doctor today and had such a great experience. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and made sure both my daughter and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The staff was also welcoming and professional, which made the entire appointment smooth and pleasant. I’m so glad we found this office and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and knowledgeable eye doctor.
