Ordered glasses and it cost $600, way overpriced, cost me less than $300 elsewhere. 2 months still no glasses. They never call and give updates on status of order. They made every excuse in the book as to why my glasses did not ever come in. I had to get a full refund. Avoid Curtis Vision like the plague.

Walked in frightened to death of the visit due to metal embedded into my right eye. Tina and the rest of the staff were so pleasant/nice i was quickly put at ease. Dr.Curtis examined my eye, numbed it and quickly removed the metal and rust thats formed around it. I FELT NOTHING as he did his work, when he was done he explained his repair which was great to know!! I cannot recommend these folks more!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I called today to make my son an appointment lady that answered was rude as heck. So will never go there again and it’s sad I been there all my life my whole family has went there and I wanted my kids to also see him as well but being rude right off the back and then telling me they don’t take soonercare anymore for kids and then still making him a appointment is crazy! If yall didn’t take it why make an appointment then. I’m just over it at this point I’ll go else where.

Only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because most of the employees are nice. Went here for my child's eye exam, everything was good, paid a bit extra to have lenses that were more then just the basic clear lenses. A weeks later get a call 30 minutes before they close, that they were in and ready to be picked up, arrive and pick up the glasses, once we step outside we realized the lenses were wrong but they had locked the doors so had to wait until the next day to call. Next day I call and inform them of the mistake on the lenses, the woman I spoke with was nice and had said she had reminded the lab that the lenses had the upgrade, she assured me she would contact the lab to figure out what to do and she would let me know. A few hours later I still hadn't heard anything back so I called them again to see what I'm supposed to do. The woman was rude and made me feel like more of an inconvenience to her when all I was trying to do was figure out if I had to bring my child's glasses back in or not. Had to wait another week for the correct lenses to be in. So essentially it took 2 weeks to get the correct item that I had paid for. I understand mistake happen, but I literally had to make 2 unnecessary trips, I live about 25 miles away, had to cancel plans that was made prior, I just feel like the mistake should have been caught prior to pickup.

Great place to get glasses or contacts! The optometrist is real friendly and down-to earth, and even explained potential problems I should look our for. It's nice being able see and it not being a big hassle to get my glasses. Plus, I love the different frames and lenses choices available like transition lenses that are tinted in the sunlight.
