Jennifer went above and beyond to help me with my glasses. She was friendly, efficient and professional. Very satisfied.

Stopped by today and was immediately greeted by Carlos. I explained to him the type of glasses and color I was looking for. He immediately located the perfect pair and continued to assist me with the upgrades that I might be interested in and explained them in detail. I have progressive lenses so it was nice to know all the different options. I ended up feeling very comfortable with the price and he was willing to mail them to me as I am from out of town, visiting from Fort Worth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sheila the Mgr who was also very pleasant and helpful during my checkout process. They run this location like a professional eye care center and I highly recommend them for your vision needs. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them after having a bad experience at the Walmart location in Hurst, Texas dealing with multiple problems and a manager with a horrible attitude. Kudos to the Paris Texas location and ALL the staff there that I encountered. Your kindness and professionalism goes a long way💐

Quite possibly the snazziest coolest nicest place in town to get some shades. They have all the coolest styles. Truly the greatest place in all the land to get bifocals. The amazing staff (Jordan white Joy Sills And Shelia Newman, and friends) are absolutely fantastic. Here is a photo of a thumbs up! Not mine though I went to take it and my hand had a small cut so I didn’t use the picture I took.

Jennifer was the absolute best. She has the best customer service, was very pateient, and was able to answer all of our questions.

I didn't know if they could adjust on glasses I did not purchase there or not. Brenda was super nice & experienced in getting my glasses fitted much better. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I appreciate you. God Bless.
