Dr Colton and the entire staff were amazing. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. They took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. The Dr was so understanding and down to earth. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand (without a med degree) without talking down to me. I will definitely be back next time I need glasses or contacts.

I can’t be seen nor my kids because they don’t take my insurance even though Iv been coming here for years. Could’ve sent a letter or message but did not. Not satisfied at all. Will not recommend to anyone.

Colton and the staff were very friendly. I scheduled my appointment during my lunch hr and they were able to complete my exam in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend Paris Optical for all of your eye care needs!

I had an eye exam and it was covered thru insurance. The copay was supposed to be 40 dollar plus my glasses were supposed to be paid for since I stayed below the cost of what the insurance would cover and the lenses were only supposed to be 67 dollars. When they rang me up it ended up being 160 plus with no itemized receipt, only showing total. I received my glasses and something didn’t seem right as I left with them on. I got to my car and immediately returned to tell them and they said I just needed to let my eyes and brain adjust. The following week I came back in to try to return them cause they still didn’t seem right and was told the same thing. Not once did I see the doctor again just told I had to adjust. I got a second opinion and got a different prescription. Yes a different doctor and different prescription and paid out of pocket cause I knew something was right with the glasses from Paris optical. My new glasses from the other provider don’t cause me problems. I took the glasses I bought from Paris optical back to them to get a refund and was told “ we don’t typically do refunds”. So take not of that if you go there, “they don’t typically do refunds”. I went in twice to have them help me and the third to get a refund. I didn’t want to get a second opinion, I just wanted them to help me like the second doctor did. So note to others, no refunds and no further seeing the doctor after your exam. You will just get the glasses and be stuck. Also when they sent me my prescription , it wasn’t enough to order glasses anywhere. There was no pupillary distance noted which you need to order glasses. Eye glass stores do that to deter you from purchasing anywhere else.
