I can’t express how much I love this store. Irene especially has been with the store for many years. She knows the styles I like and makes great suggestions. I used to go to My Eye Doctor across the street. They have a huge turnover of employee si there is no personal touch. Custom Eyes recognize me every time. They know exactly what styles I like. They’re honest when styles are not right. They really make me feel like I’m important. You can’t go wrong with Custom Eyes.

Theres two reasons my wife and I buy our glasses here every year. The service is friendly, helpful and courteous and the frames are stylish and durable. Couldn't be happier!

Incredible service! They take time to help you pick out frames that look good on you. Best of all is the follow up service. Every time I’ve bent my frames, they welcome me back with open arms and adjust them. Would not buy glasses anywhere else!

They have a very incompetent receptionist that tried to charge me for my planned contact lenses exam, saying I can get either/or contact lenses or prescription glasses, which is a total scam. If I hadn't read my prior insurance information, they would have got double paid for an exam. Also, due to this bad experience, I didn't go back for my contact lenses training yet they charged me the full amount, and I can't get it for another calendar year. The doctor is not patient; was disappointed relative to other experiences in the past.
