My first time visiting for an eye consultation and I would definitely give this office a 10/10 experience. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. When I arrived, the office was very clean, organized, and had a comforting atmosphere. Ana, who assisted with checking my eye pressure, was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, attentive, and very reassuring throughout the entire process, especially while my eyes were reacting to the drops and testing. She took the time to guide me through each step and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Overall, the level of care and professionalism truly stood out, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care services. I will definitely be returning next year for my routine eye checkup!

She took the time to explain the differences between progressive lenses, answered all of my questions, and helped me make the best decision for my vision needs. I had a great experience with Dr. Tran and his staff. Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor who really listens to your concerns and takes the time to make sure you feel heard and comfortable. His staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Angie, who was super nice, patient, and caring throughout my visit. She made the experience even better. I brought my son in for an eye exam, and we had a wonderful experience! The entire visit was fast, smooth, and everyone was so kind. Lluvia was absolutely amazing—her customer service was outstanding. She made us feel welcome, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond. New patient appointment today. Had an early morning time slot, and waited no more than five minutes before being taken back by technician (Rita, I believe). Front desk attendant was sweet and helpful too. Routine questionnaire and machines to look into, which Rita explained clearly, and reassured me that the pressure device to detect glaucoma was indeed NOT a torture device 😂 (she has great customer relation skills). Dr. Tran was welcoming and knowledgeable and able to answer any question I had. He went through images taken that day and explained results clearly. Check out desk was Lluvia, who was awesome at getting me set up with contact prescription and ordered online for me to have sent to my residence. Awesome perk if you’re ordering for full year. 10/10 recommend. Sending my husband their way. Thank you all for making it all an easy experience.
