I did not have an eye doctor when I got shingles, but I had to find one quickly. They were able to see me same day, very short wait when I got there (less than a minute) and was being seen by a doctor very quickly. The nurse did a great job handling the preliminary tests, explaining everything to me. Doctor came in was very nice and professional, got me all sorted out and I was through the appt in about an hour. I think I found my future eye doctor.

My care at D'Ambrosio was excellent. Amazing providers, friendly staff, efficient office. *However* the AI phone system is a dystopian nightmare. It offers help then proceeds to give none. It places you on hold while dialing imaginary numbers for you, predictably returning with "I'm sorry, they aren't answering" just as it did the last ten times it tried the same approach. Reaching a human is nearly impossible. Records requests are handled in an antiquated fashion. The juxtaposition of bad AI and an office based on paper records and handwritten signatures is quite something. Again, on-site care is excellent. Just be sure you don't need anything else.
Excellent. I was very pleased with everyone at their practice. I also feel confident that they gave me accurate information regarding my kids vision issues. I have an autistic 2 year old who was very difficult to examen. At no point did the nurses or doctor make me feel uncomfortable or like a burden because of the level of difficulty my child gave them. They were proactive and compassionate. I have 5 kids. I had to drive an hour from home to bring my 2 yr old because my area doesn't have a lot of pediatric eye doctors that see 2 year old. Im considering switching all of my other kids to this practice because I feel very good about the level of care they will receive. I've seen an eye doctor at another office that somehow managed to see all 3 of my kids in less than 30 mins, even with needing to do the eye drops. Because I've worked in medical offices I understand that all offices provide different levels of care, not all are the same. Because vision is so important, I wanted to make sure the prescription eye glasses my kids got were actually what they need to see and help them. I would highly recommend this office. Im very grateful to have found them!
I was experiencing eye floaters and the office got me in within two days. During my exam Dr. Marabello suggested dilating my eyes for further testing but I couldn’t that day because I was scheduled to ref a basketball game. He scheduled me the very next morning at 7:30 am and even gave me his personal cell phone number in case my condition got worse. The next day he completed a full series of test and reassured me nothing was seriously wrong and explained in detail my condition. He was very emphatic and took the time to fully explain the answers to all my questions. Overall my entire experience was treated with courtesy and professionalism!!
My friend went for an "emergency" appointment a month after noting her symptoms, waited 40 minutes for the doctor after having her eyes dilated, during which the doctor said she was reading her chart during, only to ask her mid-appointment what she (my friend) was talking about when she mentioned the exact symptom that was her main reason for the visit. She informed my friend, with very terrible bedside manner, that she has a rare eye condition with no known cause or treatment. When my friend asked if this condition was the reason for her symptom, the doctor looked surprised and proceeded to ask her about it, despite that being the exact reason she was there. She then said she had no idea what the symptom could be as it is not a part of the eye condition, told her to schedule with neurology, and then wanted to schedule a follow up. My friend left the office crying and will be canceling her follow up. Diagnosing the condition was helpful, but the way in which she addressed her concerns, and didn't even bother to read her chart despite using that as the excuse for why she was running so late is unprofessional. This behavior paired with her terrible bedside manner made her experience awful, and she never wants to go back there.
