Inventory is amazing. Everything you need is at this Walmart. Love shopping early in the morning. Before the crowds arrive

We were racially profiled at this Walmart when buying a bike for my 2 year old. We went in on 7/5/2026 between 5 and 5:30 and bought 3 things (a bike, a helmet, and a kid’s watch). The price listed for the bike on the rack was $76 and my husband even took a photo of it just in case. We get to the self checkout area and it scanned as $117. While my husband was waiting for the lady to walk over, I scanned the other 2 items. When she walked over we told her the situation and she was BEYOND rude and condescending about it and said she’ll call a manager. As she was walking away, she looked at the helmet in the bag and asked “did you scan this?” to my husband…she was insinuating that we were trying to steal. It’s like you can CLEARLY see that 3 things are scanned and all 3 things are in front you and she just walked away and didn’t even call a manager over for the price check like she said she would. I had to walk over to the customer service area to call one and when he walked over, he didn’t honor the price and we said it’s okay, we’ll still pay the $117 but I told him how alarmed we were with the situation with the lady and he just seemed dismissive and barely said anything to her. As we were walking out she gave us attitude again. Terrible customer service and the workers need an attitude check.

Worse customer service. Order a product on line. A package was delivered to us. Wrong product wrong name and wrong addresss. Called 1800 Walmart said they would not refund our money til we brought back wrong package to any store. Two front associates were good and called up digital associate. This took 30 minutes. I shopped came back up and still no one. The digital associate said I had to call back 1800 Walmart and reexplain process. I asked for the manager they did not show up for over 20 minutes I left. This is worse store.

When I shop at Walmart, I always use curbside pickup. With that being said, I have to make sure that after the attendants put my groceries in the car I check the bags, because they are not at all concerned about keeping fragile items on top (bread, eggs, chips). The shoppers don't always substitute items either, even though I have that specific option selected on the app for substitutions. There is lots of room for improvement here.

This Walmart stopped my wife back in November (2025) for mistakenly not scanning items when checking out. The loss prevention genius was watching the whole thing and never came out to offer help. After 2 separate transactions, cash and card, both summing up to over $200, they stopped her and said she tried to shoplift a few items that summed up to just past $50. My wife OFFERED to PAY for those items, letting them know if was an HONEST mistake, and still had her detained and then arrested! The loss prevention genius tried to tell the officer it was up to them to see what they wanted to do, making them feel responsible, but it was out back on Walmart. Now, they see other kind of people walk out with shopping carts FULL of unpaid items and let them walk away, but are worried about someone who mistakenly didn’t scan some items totaling under $60. The loss prevention genius even gave my wife $2 back on something she overpaid for !! Imagine the logic in that… My wife was racially profiled by this loss prevention girl and Walmart knows it! The officers was even surprised as to how idiotic they were not letting my wife WILLINGLY pay for the items! Yea, let’s let other kind walk away (STEAL/SHOPLIFT) with 2-3 carts full of groceries and electronics (hundreds of dollars) and arrest the person who mistakenly didn’t scan a few items. Way to go, Walmart. We reached out to Walmart letting them know what happened, “shockingly”, they didn’t respond. !!!DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
