The doctor of this office is very nice however, the office manager is the most unprofessional rude person I have ever encountered. From the first visit when I had my eyes examined she had an attitude. Witnessed her in an exam room on her cell phone discussing how she did not want to deliver her baby at the one hospital etc. This is something that clients should not have to witness when visiting such an establishment. Not to mention, it is over a month and I am STILL waiting on my glasses to come in because the "lab" had made mistakes on the lenses. When I called to check on the status, she tells me, "we will call you when they come in, you don't need to call". After waiting a month and no follow ups of saying that the glasses were made incorrectly, I see no type of customer service or customer satisfaction. When I asked to speak to the doctor or even the owner, she said that they were not in. I asked for the prescription for my contacts and I had to "sign a release" if I did not purchase my contacts through their office. NEVER in my 30 years of wearing contacts did I have to sign a release for my contacts. I will NEVER go back to this office after receiving my glasses for anything.

One thing i didnt like is when i made my app the lady asked me what insurance i had and i told her she said let me call you back to make sure you where in network. She called me back and said i was so i went there. They were friendly then i went in and had my eye exam and the doctor didn't do a lot of test on my eyes like other doctors do. I get finished and he told me to go back out in the waiting room. When i was out there They showed me glasses and i said i was just there for a contacts. The lady when i made my app put down glasses. They also told me that my copay was going to be about 100 when my copay is usally 10. My insureance didnt cover that doctor. They just wanted the money
Run down tired area. Immediately told to put a mask on didn’t even get a chance to open door. Glasses were two weeks late. My daughters came in on time however, they didn’t call I found out on my own. Filing system 40 years old. Much better options out there.
6 weeks and counting, still no glasses. First they said lab was backed up. Then it was the guy who does the glasses was sick. Followed by the thing that cuts the glasses was broke. Excuse after excuse every week.
I went in to get my glasses tightened and they were efficient and professional.
