Dr very nice and front desk girl nice but the girl who checks your eyes when you first go in is rude I’m not gonna be treated rude if I’m paying for visits

I am giving 4 starts to this place because of Dr. Ramirez and their receptionists.. they are awesome! The doctor's assistant is not that nice,she seemed annoyed that she had to her job and in 2 different occasions during the exam she pulled her cell phone out and texted..very unprofessional and rude.

Very rude receptionist and Dr assistant, lied and said we had been rude in the past and will not make an appointment for me. Lost all of our family business. Dr. Is very nice if you can get past front desk.

I have been going and gotten friends to go to Dr Ramirez and we all think he is the best ! Pleasant ,Caring, and a Real Sweetheart! You will want to come back l! The staff is also the same!
