Five Points Optical

I usually dread going to doctor’s offices, but this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and welcoming. My appointment was at the end of the day, when I’m sure everyone was ready to go home, but you never would have known it—they still treated me with kindness and made me feel like a priority. On top of the excellent service, I was able to get a comprehensive eye exam, a prescription for both my contacts and glasses, and have my eye health checked, all at a much lower cost than other places I’ve been. The only “downside” was that my appointment was about a month and a half out, but after seeing how well they treat their patients, I completely understand why they’re so busy. If you’re looking for quality eye care with genuinely caring staff and affordable prices, I highly recommend this office! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m so happy with my experience at 5 Points Eyecare. I am a new patient and I can’t brag enough on the patient care shown to me during my visit. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone of them made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. There was no rushing the patient, they provided thorough explanations, and they asked if there was anything else I needed. For so many years now I have felt like a number in a long list of numbers at health care visits. Even better is they can provide this caring touch and still run a highly organized office. I have been to a number of Optometrists over the years but I have had the best experience here. From reception to clinical, it's all been great. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the appointments are typically on time. I've seen Dr Crisp at least once per year the past few years. He is thorough with exams and recommendations, fully listens to concerns and takes time to answer any questions you have. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he'll do some research and get back to you. Highly recommend!

Dr Crisp and his staff are extremely professional and always make you feel at ease. We appreciate that we are fortunate enough to have him in our community. He not only takes care of my family but my daughter‘s family as well and has taken care of my grandchildren as well. We appreciate the good service and how much he truly cares about each patient..
