Entering business I was nicely greeted I was given recommendations on frame's to my face shape plus conversation with attendant was bilingual that was a big plus. Business was very clean and organized. Overall awesome experience. Thank you ladies for a job well done.
I was assisted right away. They confirmed my insurance and prescription and told me about pricing and specials. One of my pair of glasses was ready in 30 min. The other had to be ordered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to use this Eyemart Express for future eyewear needs.
Walked in with my grand daughters RX for glasses, Caitlin was super nice and helpful. We picked out frames and the glasses were ready within 7 min of wait time. Awesome!! And the price was affordable for us with no insurance.
From start to finish, this has to be my very best experience buying glasses. I’m more than happy with the frames I purchased. More so, I was comfortable the entire time. I believe her name is Ellia (please forgive me if I misspelled), she was incredibly kind and patient. She made me feel special. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Emily was a great help. She was able to order frames and advice me when warranty will expire. Emily understands customer service. Friendly professional. Next time will ask for Emily or Sheila two great employees at this location.
