The facility is nice and clean. Kudos to the janitorial people! I'm not thrilled having to go way over by the airport since my old facility was on Juan Tabo before which is much closer to my home. My doctor left Optum so they assigned me to a nurse practitioner at this facility by the airport. Let me just say I've had nothing but problems going there. I'll leave it at that.

I came in for an annual checkup twice. They charged me for other stuff like a cardio checkout so my insurance wouldn't fully cover my visits like I expected. I feel scammed. Edit: Turns out I am at fault for being uninformed and also at fault for trusting that the doctors here had my best interest in mind. If you talk about things outside of the definition of a wellness checkup your visit will not be defined as one. My doctor did not make me aware of this at any point in my visit.
Optum Sunport offers great care, concern for patients, front desk scheduler is so helpful to find an appointment if you need in soon. Primary care team is working together for the patient. The Quest lab upstairs is efficient and the lab technician is so great at blood draws I was so glad because I have really difficult veins to get into. Such a place I recommend and that others have the same positive experience I have.
Optum is a poor choice for healthcare. Both of my last two primary care providers quit working there. Optum cancels appointments without notifying you, and when you finally get in (3 months after the original cancelled appointment) they barely give you the time of day. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a doctor.
If I could give this place is zero I would. The doctors there are actually incredibly good. But they switch computer systems. The new computer system is even worse than the old one went to go get blood and urine for my 83 year-old mother before her upcoming visit was missing one of the urine tests called and spoke to somebody three different times said it was on its way. Got to quest. It was not there called again. Waited at quest didn’t show up till later was contacted by quest that they had just sent the information from my chart so it did not have a code for billing information or doctor signature and quest couldn’t use it. This is absolutely unacceptable
