Dr. Cheng is amazing! Despite being in the neighborhood for quite some time, I always made the commute (begrudgingly) to Union Square for eye care. I wish I had gone to Dr. Cheng so much earlier! He is efficient yet thorough, really takes the time to explain his observations in simple terms, and is overall great vibes! Highly recommend.

Recently had an eye exam with DC Optics, (for both glasses and contacts) and I am a completely satisfied customer. Professional and genuinely concerned with my well being, this team answered all my questions and addressed concerns I had, and also helped me decide on the best looking glasses, for me. This office is kid friendly, clean, comfortable and has the best office mascot, Ollie, who will always make you feel welcomed and loved. Dr Cheng is a fantastic eye doctor. My son has been seeing him for a couple of years now. When I noticed my eyesight slipping I didn't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr Cheng. He is incredibly informative, walking me through the inside and outside of my eyes and letting me know of any potential future issues, while also reassuring me. It was the first time I have seen an eye dr that actually walked me through all the different ways I can keep my eyes healthy. He really is the best.
