Not a great organization for recovery. No support is provided except group counseling. No moving forward support. RBH's are ok but the owner makes it.a very hostile environment where patients are made to feel unwelcome. No toilet paper, paper towels or laundry detergent provided. They lie during intake. They tell people they can get passes to see family. They also say you can attend family events. But when you ask, they say it is not allowed. They will not allow it, even for a funeral. All this despite weekend and overnight passes are allowable in the patient contract. All this is, is a money and ego driven hustle by the husband of an African doctor. He could care less about patients and staff. A truly rancid individual who believes he can bully patients and staff. I'm certain they have discrepancy in their books. Go to Roots in Recovery or CRi-Help RBH. You will have a better chance at recovery and a way better experience. After 9 months in the RBH program, it's very apparent this is not a facility based in patient care but a body warehousing scam by the owners and leadership. Patients are required to follow orders as if they were inmates. This in order to facilitate unnecessary dominance and compliance to whatever whims the owner and leadership deem appropriate. This creates one of the most hostile environments I have experienced and is completely contrary to best practices for mental wellness. A last example: 1. Patients being told if they are away for 1 night to attend even family funerals, their place/bed would no longer be available. 2. Normal provisions. I arrived in May of 2025. At that time, I was told, "We don't have to provide you anything but a bed," by one of the owners. This was in response to my complaint that no toilet paper was provided, and food stamps don't cover that. Also, that normal things provided in these programs, such as paper towels, laundry soap where not a requirement to be provided. Strangely enough, when I asked the house manager about this, I was informed that the supplies were there, but he was not allowed a key to access them. Later, toilet paper started to be provided, as well as laundry soap. These folks only provide what they are supposed to when called out, and persistent pressure is provided. This is a major breach of agreements and public funding as well as trust. They count on the fact that most clients don't have the wherewithal to complain and if they did, it would fall on deaf ears. This company is publicly supported, so records of budgets and alike are FOIA available. I will be requesting them.

Intake manager Dalia Demara is extremely unprofessional and rude to new patients. Do not come here for mental healthcare services.
