My son and I had a great experience here. The staff was very patient with him when he had a hard time understanding what they were asking him to do. The whole visit went smoothly, and we didn’t have to wait long at all, even though they were short-staffed. My son picked out the cutest glasses, and they were pretty affordable too! I would definitely recommend this place.
I had a great visit here today. I'm always anxious when I go and the first lady that did the drops in my eyes explained everything and made me feel a little more comfortable. I have super sensitive eyes so the light wants the drops are in is super intense. After today's visit I trust them even more because most would say I needed glasses but this doctor actually said I can give you a prescription or you can continue with your readers. If you need an eye doctor give them a call!
Delaware Eye Care was professional and efficient. They called ahead of time to update all my new insurance information and I was able to send them a picture of my card to ensure accuracy. I was taken back at my scheduled time and was out of the office in under an hour w/ a complete annual exam. Everyone was so friendly too. I highly recommend Dr. Semenick and her entire staff.
Everyone is so very attentive. The techs know exactly what needs to be done and are very efficient. Dr Semenick is really very good she explains things well and is pleasant too.
