Amazing, quick, and easy place to receive help. Was attended by the manager I believe, Vinny B., and he was so sweet and kind and even got to enjoy a nice, pleasant conversation as he helped me with fixing my glasses right away.
This store is the best. I lost a screw out of my sunglasses and stopped by here to see if I could buy a replacement. I was greeted by a gent named Vinny right away who was able to find me a replacement and tightened the other ones up for me free of charge to save me from losing my lense while out and about. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and got to window shop their great selection of meta glasses at the same time. I would absolutely recommend this store for any eye glasses needs, I know I'll be back when I need a pair.
I am Hard on my glasses and needed an adjustment terribly. I called My local Lenscrafters and was greeted by Gabrielle who answered with best calming voice and answered all my questions! I was the at the store within 10 mins at was greeted by Store manager Vinny! Conversation and education was great! The adjustment on my 3 pairs of glasses Flawless! ai can see now and feels like I got new glasses on again! Thank you!
Customer service was top tier. My presence was quickly acknowledged when I entered the store, even though all of the associates were assisting others, and the expectation of being assisted as soon as possible was established. I did not have to wait long before someone came to help me. My transaction was smooth and very quick. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and out.
Vinny was amazing!! He helped me with my glasses repair and was so kind and easygoing. It’s great to see such genuine kindness in customer service!!!
