HORRIBLE service. Where do I start? I ordered contacts 3 weeks ago… A week n half goes by and I hear nothing, so I call. I was then told that the order was never placed because the girl was “confused” by what I wanted and yet no one ever reached out? THEN I was told that I could order 1 of two brands… I chose the cheaper of the 2. Well, I just went to pick them up and looks like the more expensive ones were ordered because they could not get the cheaper ones for my script and yet still NO ONE EVER CALLED. Absolutely ridiculous, I will not be back. Congrats guys 👏

I didn't realize how much I was missing the world. When I first arrived at Dr. Miller's office the staff was so friendly and sweet. Dr. Miller explained that when I used the reading glasses I wasn't helping my eyesight. He let me know his recommendation on the type of lens I should have. He was so sweet, kind, and listened to my concerns. When it was time to pick up my new bifocals I wanted to cry. The young lady who fitted my glasses was smiling and very friendly. When the glasses were put on I was truely in a whole new world. Everything was so vivid and clear. I went home and looked at my t.v. screen and tears of joy swept me away. I could read titles of movies again, and the colors just popped out. Before Dr. Miller....I was doing things by memory and guessing at what was what. After Dr. Miller.....well he gave me sight and that is something I am forever grateful for. I tossed those reading glasses because now I have a favorite pair one that I can see near and far. THANK YOU!!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I was blessed with the best and love them to pieces!

We absolutely love Dr Miller and his whole staff. So pleasant and welcoming.

Dr Miller is a great eye doctor. He gave my hubby & I full eye exams and didn't try and sell me on glasses that he felt was warranted yet. He said will watch my right eye and check it on the next year's exam. The staff was very friendly and the office modern and up to date on all the latest eye machines.

We just moved to the area, I called our insurance for places that accepted our insurance and your facility was on our list from the insurance, I called the office at 11, and had to leave a message, no one available to answer the phone, and yes, they were open, as of 7:30 tonight, still no call back, needless to say I will be going elsewhere, totally unacceptable, we both need exams and glasses and have insurance. Plenty of other places, good way to loose business!
