Everyone was friendly and I got in and I did a small amount of paperwork the normal stuff and they took me right back and I started going through the testing and I was done in no time. I found frames I really liked they have Nike frames which I like very much and I haven’t gotten my glasses yet takes 2 weeks hopefully it’s only 2 weeks. But service was great!

I just went yesterday to get new glasses. The Doctor (gunna butcher her name) Dr Sitko is always the best and all the support twam are great. Highly recommend.
I generally don’t leave negative reviews but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. My appointment was scheduled with Jennifer Sitcko, though no introduction was ever made, so I assume that is who I saw. We waited over an hour, which honestly was not a major issue for me since I had already cleared the day for appointments. What was upsetting was how rushed and rude the appointment felt. Nothing was explained and she was speaking to the person taking notes on the computer. At one point she asked whether something looked clearer but because she spoke so quietly and in the same tone she had been using with the assistant I genuinely did not realize she was speaking to at first. The overall interaction came across as dismissive and unfriendly. At the end pwhen I was asked, “Do you have any questions?” it felt more like she was eager to leave than interested in helping especially considering how the appointment had already gone. I understand everyone has difficult or busy days but this experience was uncomfortable enough that I would not feel comfortable recommending this optometrist to others. That being said, the receptionist was nice and the woman who performed my eye testing beforehand was also nice enough.
Clean and nice building, cozy. The one thing I didn't appreciate on our last visit was when we went in for pickup, the lady handling the items wanted me to give my underage child's information from all the way across the room with other customers in the lobby. This just felt unprofessional and unneeded. When I mentioned I would like to give that information privately away from the other customers, she said absolutely nothing and just gave me a weird look. Was a very uncomfortable situation all around because of her.
My doctor left. I liked him. The person I saw instead, I’ll say she was just ok. The tech I saw before the doctor was very cold and formal. My employer switched insurance, so instead of getting new frames and lenses completely covered by Davis I had choices thru VSP that all cost out of pocket. Did not appreciate that the pricing is not clearly marked on the frames. Chose instead to take my prescription home and buy directly from VSP online
