I have been working with Dr Jones in the dentistry program for several weeks now. I find her to be excellent! She thoroughly explained my treatment plan to me and is very patient inclusive. Her residency is coming to an end and I am sad to see her go but I would highly recommend her as she is very patient focused and has an excellent chairside manner!

Nurse was rude and very impatient with kids. My son was scared and crying and she tried to measure his head anyway and ended up having the measuring tape on both his eyes. We were so scared for our son and had to yell to have her stop before something happens to his eyes. Afterwards she blamed us for not holding him steady. He’s one year old and was scared and crying and you wanted us to force him to stay still? That’d only make him more scared and not staying still.
Front desk was nice . Dental assistants were great and Dentist was very welcoming and professional.cost are a little fuzzy. You don’t know what you will pay. But otherwise a good experience.
Dental department is the worst at answering phone calls and when they do, they have an attitude. The dentist and the hygienist and staff that work with the doctors in the back are a pleasant to be around but the front desk is a whole another story. The worst.
Yeah I’m sorry to write this. But I cannot get hold of the pharmacy to save my life!!! The automated option doesn’t work and they rarely answer the phone. They take a two hour lunch. I mean what the hell!! Can’t you stagger your crew or something. Jesus, it’s simple planning that any business does. Perhaps they’re caught up in red tape and I should be complaining to higher ups. You people work there! Demand it be done right. You treat people needing affordable healthcare like crap!! Do better! Thank you and sorry for the tirade. I’m hella frustrated at this point.
