The front office staff was great however the doctor was very rude. He seemed as if he was rushed /irritated and he did not address the concern I had about my child not being able to see with her current prescription! I'm almost sure this would not have happened at the Olive Branch location! I'm continuing my search for a new optometrist because No one should be handled this way when it comes to Healthcare!!!!
Very professional yet friendly. The staff and the Dr are very good. Every things was explained in layman terms so I could fully understand. All questions and concerns were addressed. I wasn't there very long.
I was pleased that the staff, dr., and patients wore masks, but was disappointed that patients were not 6 ft apart. That was why I gave 4 stars. Dr Schaeffer was quite efficient and easy to talk to concerning his prognosis. The staff was professional.
It was my first time going to Desoto EyeCare and the staff was very professional and friendly. Dr.Wertheimer was courteous and very detailed in explaning my prognosis step by step. I wasn't there very long and I would recommend going to them. I look forward to going back on my next visit.
Dr. Schaefer was so gentle and concerned about me. He answered all of my questions delicately and assumed me that he is going to take care of me. Joy was very polite and professional.
