I had an excellent experience each time from stsrt to finish. The doctor and staff was professional, knowledgeable, caring and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. I was also very impressed how clean, organized and well maintained the office was, from the waiting room to the eye exam room.
My experience Only with Horrible communication and customer service when trying to get something that has been paid Out of Pocket. First and last time going. The young lady that take the pictures and etc. in the first room to your left was delightful. Other than that, I should not have to call and request the same thing over and over. I will be going back to where I should have stayed instead of trying a new provider. Highly disappointed as I really wanted to make this practice my new eye doctor.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Norton for over 20+ years. He is very thorough; he explains test while they are being administered, and why a particular test is necessary.
