Phenomenal experience at DiNapoli Opticians from start to finish! Janice and Kylie at the front desk got me checked in quickly and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Caruso was fantastic during my eye exam. She was thorough and professional. When it came to frames, Sarah and Jackie were incredibly helpful throughout the selection process, and when I had a small issue with one of my lenses, they corrected it right away without any hassle. Fantastic service all around. I'll definitely be back!

Sarah Spohler fitted me with two pairs of glasses on May 15, 2026 at DiNapoli Opticians’ Stuyvesant Plaza location. She did a fantastic job helping me pick out frames for regular and sunglasses. She carefully measured and fitted me for both pairs and gave me several options for lenses, protective coatings, sunglass lens colors and prices. She spent about one hour with me for the fitting. She checked and verified that I received the greatest available discount. She is friendly, thorough and very professional. I highly recommend Sarah if you are looking for new glasses!

I had a great experience today at DiNapoli. I need petite frames, and I had gone to two other eyeglass places with no success. Sarah Spohler at DiNapoli was a delight to work with. She found a variety of fashionable petite frames for me to try and gave me good feedback that helped me make a selection. Her friendly, professional demeanor and her expertise made this an enjoyable process. I will definitely be returning to DeNapoli in the future.

I Love them they completely changed my life after I went completely blind I have been with Mike Janice Katelynn & Sarah for almost 5 years they gave me hope to start lpn school and are still helping me today as I have now graduated and started working again. once they meet you they make you feel like family from the start of your first appointment thank you guys 💜

I highly recommend this location for your eye and eye wear needs. The staff are very friendly and professional. I worked with Jackie who was very patient with me, as I purchased several pair of glasses. The place is very clean and comfortable.
