Wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly, makes you feel at ease getting new glasses. Very professional. Great selection of glasses. Our insurance was our of network, but they submitted it to our insurance so we can get some money back. They made it so easy for us.
Warby Parker in Stuyvesant Plaza offers a comfortable shopping experience with a large selection of glasses and sunglasses and a knowledgeable staff. I was particularly impressed with the manager (Alison) who has helped me before and again today (please give her a day off, she seems to always be working!) She said she loves her job and it shows. She knows the inventory and made the process comfortable and easy. There is never any pressure to purchase and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I genuinely love this store and its philosophy. Prices seem very fair and I have always been happy with my purchase.
I’m very grateful to have a Warby Store in the Capital Region where I have a choice of many new and very stylish frames. Where the staff is very helpful, and very friendly!!!..... Every time I go for new glasses (in other optical) I never come out satisfied as I need wider glasses and the legs never go around my ears as they are supposed to be, not to mention they always look smaller for my face. The lady that helped me at Warby was very Knowledgeable, and professional, she understood my issue and brought me many great choices, but must importantly all fit me so great that I had an issue in which to pick. 😊 Honestly, any other optical store that I have been to in the past I never had so many choices as I have in Warby Parker and that they fit so well!... I had an excellent experience!!.. and I want to thank the staff as everyone there welcomed me with a smile.
I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker at Stuyvesant Plaza. The staff there are wonderful. Dr MacKenzie was thorough and kind and Lynn was extremely helpful when I was ordering glasses and contacts. They have the best selection of frames anywhere and I actually found more than one I really liked. The whole experience was was a ten out of ten.
Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly and professional! All opticians were patient and provided all the assistant I needed. Love the collection at this place! Found two pairs! Neat and clean place! Will be a returning customer there. Prices are great!
