I recently purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses at another location. I was experiencing some unusual issues and stopped in for a second opinion. I must say I was greeted by a completely professional associate that listened to my explanation and concerns. I immediately felt comfortable and in great hands. This associate was very knowledgeable and thorough. She was able to identify a possible issue explained why I was having difficulty and made some corrections in the setup and ordered me a replacement pair with a great attitude and an overall great attitude. Outstanding customer service and patience. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters in Crossgates Mall. My glasses needed a major adjustment, and after seeing a few different people, Victoria was the one who finally got them fitting correctly to my face. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and more than happy to take the time to make sure everything was just right. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. Easy to make an appointment online with easy confirmation. Everyone from Cal at checkin and pre test to Dr. Burnett to Julie the Optician were wonderful. Pleasant and efficient. They take my insurance and the whole process was easy and pleasant. I'll keep going there.

Very disappointing experience at LensCrafters in Crossgates Mall. I booked an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and still ended up waiting about 1.5 hours. What made it even more frustrating was that the staff seemed surprised that I even had an appointment scheduled. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming or professional. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was causing a problem just by being there. I was also uncomfortable with the fact that they offer eye exams through Microsoft Teams, even for people with serious eye issues. For something as important as eye health, I expected a proper in-person examination and more attentive care.
