Walmart Vision Center

An absolutely terrible experience—never again. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful! As soon as they realized I was a new customer who hadn't bought from them before, their attitude changed completely, and they acted with total indifference. They didn't even bother to offer help or explanations, as if the shop were reserved for a specific clientele only.

Ordered contacts three weeks ago from Walmart vision and glasses and I am still waiting. I tried to save $30 by ordering with them and not going with one 800 contacts but I must say I would’ve received my Contacts within four days I’m very disappointed and unfortunately, I will not be using Walmart vision and glasses for my contact purchase again

If you are thinking of taking an eye exam here to get your prescription, I want you to know that you are LEGALLY ENTITLED to that information, as per the FTC. That means that after examination, you should be given that information without even asking for it. They cannot require you to purchase eyeglasses, pay additional fees, or sign waivers in exchange for your prescription. This place straight up told me they couldn't provide that information after I asked for an eye exam, and even went as far as to judgementally question if I was going to use that info to purchase my glasses online. Zero stars for this place. Go elsewhere.

Both Helen and Patrick went above and beyond in every possible way. They were extremely informative, and made the perfect suggestions in which route I should take in terms of frames and lenses to help accommodate a vision issue I suffer from. I just got my glasses back 4 days before they were expected, and not only are they better than what I could hope for in terms of feel, fit, and style, the lenses perfectly soften what I’m looking at. I have visual snow syndrome, along with residual distortions from having fluid in my retina, and for the first time I’m experiencing visual relief. Helen was extremely kind in pointing me in the right direction, explained the process, made great suggestions, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Patrick was just the same, and found a way to accommodate the lenses to the frames that I had chosen, taking measurements and reconfiguring the dimensions because the two didn’t correlate as being compatible at first. I’m now sitting in my car in the parking lot typing this up with enthusiasm and optimism. Thanks Helen and Patrick. Had not gotten glasses in 4 to 5 years. Made appointment. Excellent service. Right from making the appointment to my exam to having Patrick wait on me while choosing frames for my regular frames and sunglasses. Told me about a week to take to receive. That would be on a Wednesday. Well they texted me today, Monday. Very quick. Patrick made adjustments on the frames. And all set. Easy , peezy. Wonderful experience. Very efficient. And affordable in my book. Thanks again to everyone there. All efficient and nice. And to Patrick who did my choosing and adjustments. Definitely will always be a Walmart Vision Center customer.
