Had my consultation with Dr. Singh regarding surgery to repair a macular hole in my right eye. He made me feel so comfortable and told me I would be on anesthesia for the surgery. I left there feeling a lot better than when I went in.
Always have a great experience at Discover Vision in Lee’s Summit. Check-in is easy fast and friendly, everyone is very competent in what they do. Dr. Rob listens to me and always comes up with a reasonable plan of action. Discover Vision is a great experience, both clinically and Service wise and I would recommended highly.
Everyone was very nice and greeted me with a smile; from the ladies at the front desk and his assistant. It was my first visit with Dr. Wiexeldorfer and I found him equally pleasant. I will say that either the doctor or his assistant introduced themselves which I think would've been a more personal approach. The exam itself went well. The wait time was minimal, too
Discover Vision was so helpful in getting me in within 24 hours for an urgent matter. The front desk help were very kind both on check in and check out. The nurse who brought me back was both polite and friendly. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. He answered all my questions and reassured me that all was good.
The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. However, the last two times we have been there the wait time is over an hour. I believe they are short of staff. Dr Singh moves fast after he gets to you though
