Lee's Summit Family Eyecare is extremely responsive, prompt and patient. They went above and beyond coordinating with my vision insurance to maximize my benefits for my expensive contacts. In my past, I have had many good optometrists and a horrible one. I truly appreciate the attentive optometrist and extra effort of the staff at Lee's Summit Family Eyecare and highly recommend them.

Disappointed with the customer service. Workers are stuck up and rude over the phone. Short responses and act like it’s a burden to schedule an appointment. We really liked them when we started going to the blue springs location, however they closed and lees summit hasn’t been a pleasant experience.

Dr. Wendy Parson is amazing! I had tried contacts few other times and I could not find the right fit. The other places I went before basically told me I was not able to wear contacts then I tried once more and I’m so glad I found Lees summit family Eye-care. Dr Parsons took the time and did not give up and I finally found the pair of contacts I needed. The staff is very friendly and respectful I will definitely continue to go there and recommend them to everyone.
