Envision Eyecare

I had an issue where I thought I had a "lost" contact stuck in my eye. My regular eye Dr is closed on Saturday, so I called Envision and they were so very kind to get me in same day. They were so nice, even though I in fact did not have a contact lost in my eye, which was such a relief - the front desk staff, the tech, and Josh were so kind, very thorough and I really appreciated the care I received here. Thank you so much 💗 (and a huge bonus was that they didn't charge me a crazy amount for this last minute urgent visit 🥰)

Called around today looking for a new eye doctor for my wife and I that's locally owned, not owned by a hedge fund like so many of them are any more. Before I found Envision the other places I called hung up on my twice (accidentally, not intestinally) and when I could get through to a person, they weren't able to answer simple questions like "who are your owners?" Finally called Envision and talked to Madeline. She was great, got us set up for back-to-back appointments this week, checked our insurance for eligibility and was a delight through the whole process. Thank you Madeline!

Got in quickly for an appointment as a new patient. They listened to my concerns, explained clearly the process and what possible issues I might have with my contacts. Very clean office and extremely friendly. Quick responding to emails and texts. I'm thankful that they took my insurance, which seemed to be a problem other places. Highly recommend checking them out.

From the time I was told I needed cataract surgery until I got it in June, 2023 and began the process of looking for new glasses, the team at Envision walked me through every step of the way. I was a little nervous about switching from trifocals to progressives but was told I was a good candidate and wanted to try them. I was assured they would do everything to make me satisfied either way. I love my progressives! They listened to what I wanted for frames, let me try on as many as I wanted and then some and came up with They are compassionate and everyone makes you feel welcome when you walk in. They definitely did take a personal interest in me unlike walking into a "box" store. My husband, already a customer, has had the same experience and encouraged me to make the change from a provider I had for years. I wish I had done it sooner. Customer service is everything! I would definitely recommend Envision Eyecare to everyone for their eye care needs.

our entire family uses envision (if that helps LOL) we're a mix of near-sighted, far-sighted and i'm pretty i'm just not "sighted" lol. They are great through the normal exam process, finding contacts, glasses, and working with insurance.
