The lady Dion I think that's her name with glasses was so helpful and friendly,my grandson lost his glasses,they immediately squeezed him in for an eye exam and got him glasses ordered asap. Love these girls there and the Dr was great as well. 👍🙏❤️
Absolutely amazing! These ladies went above and beyond! They were so amazing with my little 2 year old that tagged along, they had coloring pages and crayons! Everyone was kind, my glasses arrived in less than a week too! All over great experience and I would recommend to everyone! Katie is awesome!!!!!
I’ve been going here for about 8 years. I typically have a good experience with the actual eye doctors during my exams. However, the ladies in the front have been judgmental on multiple different occasions . I have gone in to get my glasses tightened a few times and they ALWAYS give me a lecture in a judgmental tone about how to take my glasses on and off. I know how to treat my glasses, but at the time I was a teenage girl, and things happen. Yet they always made me feel bad about needing them tightened (which takes 5 seconds for them to do). I called today about ordering some contacts. I got a trial pair about a year ago but never ordered a real pair. When I was talking to her about this she said “have you been wearing the trial pair for a year?” in a rude tone. I understand that would be a long time to wear them, but she didn’t know the story or any details and for that to be the first thing she says seemed rude to me. I usually wear glasses so- no I wasn’t wearing them for a year. I just hadn’t ordered a new pair because I didn’t need it. I will not be going back there. Im tired of the passive aggressive comments and lack of understanding from this location.
We've purchased several pairs of kids glasses here over the year. The staff is super friendly and they have a good selection of frames. The 1-year warranty included on Kids frames is awesome...we've used it more than once.
