Like everyone else who says you must go to this optical shop for repair, I found Dean incredible, honest and talented. He was one of the most enjoyable entrepreneurs I’ve met, and he is incredibly talented. I had vintage Armani glasses that See and other high end retail optical shops wouldn’t touch because they are wired frames, and Dean immediately fixed these glasses perfectly. I could have spent the whole day talking to Dean since he is a character and very funny. It’s worth breaking your glasses since going to Donaldson Optical is such a great experience.

Dean is amazing! He is quick-witted, professional and very transparent with his pricing and recommendations. Great communication as well. He worked with me to fit lenses for some vintage frames I bought online and even offered to fix teeny tiny rhinestones at no cost. No small detail is looked over! I’ll never go anywhere else for my lenses

This man Mr. Dean was the kindest man I’ve ever met. Personable and professional. We needed glasses for my 3 year old and when we walked in, he had Elmo in his hand and got to know both my daughters so much. I was a little emotional because I didn’t know she would be needing glasses until right beforehand. Mr. Dean held my hand literally and figuratively and normalized it all and helped my daughter feel her absolute best and cutest by fitting her in her correct glasses. I couldn’t recommend him enough!! He is the BEST!

I would recommend Mr Dean and his office to everyone nationwide if it were possible. He did a phenomenal job making our two year old feel safe and comfortable as he started his glasses wearing journey.
