The best experience I’ve ever. Dr. Harris is smart, compassionate and kind. The welcome you get from the front desk staff when you walk in is totally over the top. They treat you like family and are so much fun. Stephanie the optician is very good and extremely helpful. She is very compassionate. They offer an amazing selection of glasses and discounts plans. I will recommend this practice over and over again. Can’t wait to go back for my glasses👏👏

I was away from home and in Nashville for work when I woke up with horrible pain in my right eye, bad light sensitivity, and trouble opening my eye all together. I called Donelson EyeCare and they saw me same day giving me an appointment within a few hours. I was really scared that I had messed something up in my eye and they took such great care of me! They immediately helped me relieve the pain and figured out what was going with my eye and sent me home with eye drops that made me feel a million times better within the day. They helped me find a near by pharmacy that would take my insurance, but not before giving me drops to take with me in case I couldn't get the drops before returning home back to Florida. They insisted that if I had any issues at the pharmacy or if the drops were too expensive with my insurance to call immediately and they would get it worked out for me. Everyone was so kind, attentive, timely, and professional. I left feeling confident in the care I had received and I have recovered wonderfully since. If I didn't live so far I would make Donelson EyeCare my primary Optometrist! Having an optometrist that does medical optometry, after this scare, is now incredibly important to me. Once again thank you guys!

Dr. Parsley was very helpful. His patience and diligence was most appreciated. After not seeing an eye doctor for thirty years he provided both a comfortable and professional environment for my care. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend!

I have never been charged for a service to have an eye exam.But donaldson, I care, has a new machine.They use instead of dilating your eyes.No, one gave me the option of dilating.My eyes and then when it was time to check out, they charged me forty dollars out of pocket for that extra service. Luckily, I have other options in the future. I just had a nice conversation with the manager, and he clarified everything for me. And I apologize for not giving a suitable review in the beginning and would like to thank Donaldson, Eye Care for an excellent job.

I had an excellent experience at Donelson Eye Care on Friday, November 14th at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Harris. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. Eric, the technician, was thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. Alisha, the secretary, greeted me warmly and handled scheduling and paperwork efficiently. Lauren was wonderful in helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses—she was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process enjoyable. Dr. Harris took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my eye health.
