When I visited Gillispie Eye Care today; the staff remained calm and kind while dealing with a full schedule. Such a pleasant place to go, and I appreciate everyone. Dr. Smith is the absolute BEST! Keep up the great work!
I get my insurance had changed but the glasses are expensive at least any of them that look decent. And then they attack charges on top. Looks like next year I'll be going back to Walmart. I can't afford to come out of my pocket $300 every year. And even the Michael Kors i got feel like they could easily snap apart. I'm so disappointed. He's become the rich man's eye Dr. And to think of all the people I've referred to him that are like me, on a strict budget. I can no longer afford to go here. 😪
The staff here was great! Very friendly and helpful. Dr Nguyen was so wonderful with my 3 kids. Very kind, thorough, and patient. They helped me figure out what all my costs would be after insurance for each of my kids and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They saw us on time for our appointments (3 kids back to back) and we were in and out in an hour and a half- and that included all the time my kids took trying on glasses!
Love this place! Staff is exceptional! Doctirs are suburb! (S/O Dr. Smith) Scheduling is always a breeze! Wait time is never lengthy! They accept most insurance and gladly Wellpoint is one of them! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in need of some outstanding eye care! They even knew how to treat keratoconus, an eye disease that I've been battling years with. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!
Dr. Huynh was very pleasant, attentive and compassionate during my visit. The workers were kind as well; great atmosphere overall!
