I recently visited LensCrafters for my annual eye exam because I needed new lenses to help with my night vision. During last year’s exam, I was impressed that they used a simulation showing cars driving at night to evaluate my vision. It was a great way to demonstrate how my eyes perform in real-world driving conditions and helped me better understand my night vision issues. This year, that part of the exam wasn’t included, which was disappointing. Since my night vision is an ongoing concern, I expected the same level of testing and consistency from one annual visit to the next. The staff was friendly, but I hope LensCrafters continues to use the same advanced testing methods for returning patients, especially when monitoring a known vision issue. Consistency matters.

Julie was really nice and very helpful. The exams were also very thorough. The team there does an excellent job making you aware of the benefits and offers your insurance provides and also what offers the store provides.
