I felt welcomed from the time I walked in. Everyone is just so good at what they are doing. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jackie Ngo. Went over everything with me. So informative. Talked with me about what was going on and my next appointment. So happy my insurance changed and it led me to you guys so grateful. I had a new Dr. This time and she was AMAZING! Sorry I'm sooo bad with names to give a proper shout out. But Thank you for your humor, your professionalism and making me feel important.To the assistant that was with me before the doctor he was such a gentleman and very very very respectful and Amazing as well. To the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in, you are simply amazing thank you for your professionalism as well. We need more people like All of you, great job to you all and thank you very much for providing such an awesome experience.

All of the staff was super friendly. I had been a while since my eyes had been checked. Dr Coley discovered an issue that required referring me to an ophthalmologist. She was so thorough and explained everything so well. She took excellent care of me. We may share the same last name but I say this because she is so good at what she does.

Loved the doctor I saw! She was efficient, personable, and professional. They stayed true to my appointment time, start to finish was about an hour. The office could have been cleaner, though. The carpeted areas needed vacuumed and the furniture was worn.

From check-in to check out, everyone is friendly and efficient. I had Mariah for my prescreening. She was friendly and explained every test. You can tell she is clearly educated in her role. I had Dr. Coley for my eye exam. She was extremely friendly and explained all the options available for both my contacts and glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Torrey Carlson & Associates. I started going to this practice last year and both my experiences have been great!
