Lee at the Washington Pike location in Knoxville, as well as his staff, have been kind and incredibly helpful in helping me with an issue with my glasses that involved my prescription. They did more than they had to and I could not be more grateful. So great to experience good customer service in a day when that is all too rare. Highly recommend!

RUDE,absolutely RUDE. Closed their doors 15 minutes early, for them to ignore the phone. I knocked on the door for the gentleman to seem annoyed that I was trying to do business during business hours. He didn’t even say anything when he gave them to me THROUGH THE DOOR. Didnt even bother to see if they let me fit good. This happened on Saturday July 25th. Whoever is the guy with the arm tattoos and is heavy set, he needs a better attitude. I will go to another LensCrafters for any issues or future purchases for now on.
I received my glasses and loved them, had them for about 6 months and noticed small fractures in the top of one lens . When I called to see about having them repaired the lady I spoke to said I didn’t get the insurance so I would have to pay which I understood, however when I asked why the lens would have small fractures she states if you dropped them or heat. I explained I had not dropped them and when I asked if it was heat why didn’t both lens fracture she rudely informed me that she wasn’t with me so she didn’t know what I’d done to them . I was going to get them replaced at lens crafters but now I’ll shop somewhere else. No one wants to deal with rude people
This is the BEST eye doctor in knoxville! I explained all of my concerns and they were all handled above my expectations! No other eye doctor has took my concerns so seriously! Can’t forget the lovely Front end staff! they were SOO sweet and helpful! All around great environment.
I think Lens Crafters has the better selection of frames, but I usually have to go where I can use my insurance. But I went out on a limb in January to buy some pretty ones at Lens Crafters. Then I bent them real bad. Tarren was so helpful in explaining my options and saving my time. Ultimately he did a little work on my glasses on the spot, because they are only 6 months old, but he gave me a price for new frames, and talked to me about the protection plan and the yearly plan.
