Me and my wife went here after friends recommended them. Wife was very pleased. I saw Dr. Badger, and she was excellent. I can honestly say this is probably the best prescription I’ve gotten, and I’ve been to a few different eye doc’s. The girls in the optical center are great. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on the review. Highly recommend.
I was there recently and saw Dr Badger. I've been wearing glasses for 25 years and been to most all clinics in the Knoxville area. I've never had such an extensive eye test before! She took her time explaining everything and was so pleasant and professional. All of the girls next door was so helpful when picking out my frames and taking my information. They should be back 1 day this week as I'm so excited to get them. I'll never go anywhere else and I'd be happy to recommend them! Thank you all for everything you do!!!
Got my 8 year old daughter in same day for eye emergency. The staff and Dr. Reach worked well with her to make her feel comfortable!
Dr. Louthan has been a good friend I've met while working with the TN Baptist convention in 2003. Since my moving to Knoxville in 2011 Dr. Louthan or Dr. Badger have been my primary ophthalmologists and it has been a pleasure being treated by them and their staff. They are very kind, gentle, polite, professional, and friendly. The staff has also been absolutely cordial and receptive. I have nothing but gratitude towards these amazing people and the work they do.
BEST EYE CLINIC! I’ve been going there for about 5 years now and they have always been amazing. I just recently went and had to bring my two young kids with me. They made me feel so comfortable taking my kids to my eye appointment. Every staff member took time to speak kindly to my kids and didn’t make me feel bad for bringing them with me. Dr. Badger is amazing! She has never rushed through my appointments and makes me feel truly cared for. I love everyone there and recommend this place over and over again!!
